Homemade Japanese Dinner

I really enjoy cooking so expect a lot of food related pictures. Today for dinner I was in the mood for Japanese food but to poor to go to the restaurant.
In the menu tonight:

Cucumber Salad
Rice
Spinach Kurumiae
and
Teriyaki chicken
