Good Service

Actually, no. Amazing service :-)

I love getting good service from a company. Although in some ways it's sad that it's such a surprise when you get it.

I ordered a water filter from an online company - they responded very quickly to an emailed query, with a friendly and personal response.

The filter was delivered the day after ordering, complete with a handwritten note on the order paperwork, a free dvd with audio and video podcasts (with instructions to pass it on to others to enjoy), and the finishing touch - a packet of Skittles!!

The backpackinglight.co.uk company comes highly recommended from me :-)

I'm still smiling about the sweeties!
