Flaming crème brûlées Batman!

So after about 2 years of owning a blowtorch I finally got round to buying some gas for it! May have had something to do with a crème brûlée with my name on it sitting in the fridge.

Perfect burnt sugar top, and I managed not to burn the house down.

Plus - it's pub quiz night and we came 3rd!

Not bad all in all.
