Signage

Here's a sign for my assignment. Can you have "old school" signs?

I wouldn't normally see this sign: in the summer there's too much vegetation and in the winter I'm usually cycling in the dark. Today, I had to stay in for the gas man - voila blip.

I think it may have something to do with the railway - any ideas?
