Gable

A stormy night and morning were followed by a sunny lunchtime so I headed down to Scapa Bay. Saw a few nice birds like great northern diver, slavonian grebe and redpoll see them here..

Walking back to town I passed the gable of some refurbished cottages on Wellington Street. I don't know the date off-hand, though the street name suggests 1815ish, and the cottages may pre-date the street. Must look it up.
