Finally....sunshine!

I awoke this morning with the sun streaming in the bedroom window....wow, what a beautiful thing - the countless days of grey, wet, soggy and did i mention wet......have been hard to handle. so i headed off, to wander around the pond, the wind was wild and the sun was brilliant. I was totally captivated by the movement of the golden grass as the sun pierced thro the trees.......the waves of sun streaming onto the grass and wind whipping it around was so hard to capture, i failed miserably....not sure how i can portray the effect....there wasn't enough contrast, some interesting images but in the end i decided on the blueness of the pond.....it holds some of the magic i saw this morning.

had a long and hard day in the studio, kiln is on.....and i'm getting ready to settle down for the one and only tv show i really hate to miss.....Gray's Anatomy...i know, it's such a soap opera....but it's a good one !!!!
