Serving Our Country

We need to pat the shoulders,
Every now and then.
And show appreciation,
To all our service-men.

We need our flag...kept flying,
With colors...O so grand.
For it signifies our way of life,
Upon this blessed land.

We need to sing the praises,
And give honor that is due.
To those who keep from bondage,
This land for me and you.

We need to love our freedom,
In precious ways and more.
And we need to think more often,
Of those...who guard our shore.

O we need to give expression,
Today...and then again.
Because we are depending,
On all our...Service-men.
