I took GERT's advise for a foot massage (plus neck, shoulder and back+++) when my only intention was to post a mail at the city mall today.

An hour later, sleepy-eyed but de stressed, I rewarded me three scoops of mint chocolate, coffee toffee, and macadamia supreme New Zealand icecream! Ahhh, simple pleasures, big time!

I walked out of the mall smiling and humming a tune!

This perked up mood should last me the night shift! *wink
