Piece of public art

Town counsil of Tampere paid 275 000 euro for this art work and I felt slightly sceptical when I went to see this for the first time today.

Lately the weather has been so dull, sky grey and light flat - so
I enjoyed a lot seeing all the changing colors and shapes - spellbounding;

I reckon I might blip this wonderful piece of art good few times this winter :-)
