Pussy willow

It's not unusual that you find the furry catkins of willows peeking out in November. But for us, they are so attached to Eastern celebration that it always feels weird to see them at this time of the year. It's been an average Autumn what comes to temperatures, or even slightly cold in this part of the country, so that's not an explanation. But here they are, watered by the constant drizzle of rain we're having today.
