Rainbow Lunch

Sightseeing road trip around to Uig, visit another expensive pottery, lunch at Flodigarry Country House Hotel near Staffin where a rainbow greets us with a delivery of some rain and then over to Portree via The Old Man of Storr and a little further up the road we stop at the famous Kilt Rock viewpoint to see the waterfall tumbling over the precipice and to marvel at the perfect basalt columns on the cliff which look just like the pleats in a kilt. Frickin windy.

Another good day until the electric window fails, in the down position, we have to stop off at a garage in Portree before rushing back to our cottage to get changed for our diner at the Three Chimneys.
