Take one in bath shower head and one piece of card (green as it turns out) and simmer gently
I was originally trying for a gentle upwards shot with the water cascading up and then down but i didn't reckon for the superb Scottish water pressure. Skiddiling kept down to a minimum so had to settle for a downwards shot.
Tried to keep the aperture narrow to get it in focus but its not as sharp as I'd like.
