Yes !!!, finally he arrived in Appingedam(and also in the rest of the Netherlands.
We are talking about the Sinterklaas (saint Nicolaas) and his zwarte pieten. A typical dutch children fest. The Saint brings present along for the children. He comes with the boat from Spain by the way :-)
