Winter Wonderland

I took so many pictures today and i could spend hours looking and trying to decide but chances are i would just end up at this one anyhow so...

This morning Sarah and i went into town (to get her viola and bow back) and soaked up some Cardiff - South Africa rugby match day feeling. We went to get my free Cardiff resident castle pass and so popped into the actual castle for a bit too. It seemed wrong how easy it and free it was, you just don't get into castle as often as you like for nothing! Well.. apparently here you do. Gotta love Cardiff.
We'll have to go back another time and do some more exploring, as it was we just climbed to the top of the oldest bit - the keep, and had a look at the view and heard them singing national anthems in the stadium!
This evening a bunch of us went down to the winter wonderland and had a look around. We found out you can skate cheaper in the afternoons so we'll be going back some other time for that. This is just after they were smoothing over the ice. We did go on some crazy fairground ride thing which spins you round and then the floor drops and you're actually held onto the wall from the spinning! Which was pretty crazy fun!
Then we came back and we (i) made everyone cup cakes in Jordens kitchen and he made us hot chocolate and all was well. And now i am going to have an early night! (By uni standards this is..)
