Cholera - along with seismic pressure from earthquakes, hurricanes, blistering heat and torrential rain - is now a factor that will have to be dealt with in the design of new schools and buildings in Haiti.

Here we're having a seminar on a water purification system that would be installed at the schools. Water is collected from the rivers, roofs etc, cleaned, stored in big tanks and then available all year round.
