Outside looking in

There was a huge que outside the Roman Baths today which is very unusual. Something was going on that I didn't know about.
There is a little step in the square around the corner from the entrance and I know that if you stand on it on tip toes and swing around the wall you can peer in.
Nothing seemed to be happening but I thought I'd take a photo anyway!
