Half a kilometre away...

...the people are enjoying the Garthdee dry ski slopes.

I decided to see how good a pic I could take of one of the snowboarders hitting the jump. I've dropped a zoomed in section of the larger picture on the bottom left.

Pic was taken from my bedroom window, on the south side of the Dee.
