What an up and down day today. A nice time on the beach followed by fighting for a few hours, then a great bike ride with all the boys and finally a swim.

Leo was teaching Noah how to swim. They weren't taking any chances with a life-jacket and a hood cap as protection from the coldish water in the river, but in the end they skipped the salt water and just got into the jacuzzi.
