Sunday Roast

14 days in Egypt, 13 days diving, 22 dives logged, 2 courses passed! It was a good trip, but it's lovely to be back in our own home, and to see the cat. I love the food in Egypt (lots of kofta, shwarma and kebabs) but I'm looking forward to eating this roast very, very soon....
