i have another name for these...

...rats with fluffy tails! they've only appeared in my garden in the past 3 years, but i hate what they do to my bulbs etc

but will maybe use them to learn to take pics of moving creatures - was amazed even today at how fast they move - has given me even more respect for wildlife photographers...see, blip is such an educator!
