First pour

This is the first pour of concrete this morning.

George, (on the right) our neighbour, has a new water supply to the house.

It required laying a pipe under our drive and round the back.

We agreed to have the corner of the drive and the short stretch across the back concreted at the same time as they had the driveway at the back of their house done.

George looks on as the builder checks the "wetness" of the mix with the mixer driver.
