Gingerbread Haus Series 4
Rolling out the dough right on the ungreased cookie sheet because it CANNOT be lifted or moved without damaging the shapes (with a damp towel underneath to prevent slipping).
This dough is very grainy and crumbly and VERY GREASY, but that means a piece from one corner patched into another area and resurface by the roller will not show seams.
It is best to use a piece of parchment paper on top whilst rolling.
Very sensitive to pressure - note the indentation left by the rolling as I moved it for the blip. (I had to re-roll to remove before cutting shapes)
