Shady?

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon. Sat down in the mid section of a pedestrian bridge, this man plays a melodious tune on the ErHu for some spare change.

Upon a closer look, the music appears to be coming out of a small speaker off to the side. His movements look a bit delayed and don't match the song.

Hmmm...
