Granny knew best...

The first time in years I've made apple jelly (this one also has loads of garlic & chilli), so a new jelly bag was bought.

My granny would be shaking her head and tutting at the cloudiness ....no granny I didn't squeeze it - (the temptation as a kid was unbelievable)........but neither did I use an old pillowcase, a broom-handle and an upturned stool......
