swede... or radish?

Can you tell what it is yet?

No, neither can we.

We bought this thinking it was a swede (it didn't help that my handy iPhone Chinese dictionary didn't recognise swede or turnip) to put in a nice warming stew. Upon chopping, though, it smells and looks distinctly Chinese radish-y. Not that I've ever eaten one. I have no idea how it will taste in a stew, but I'll let you know...
