The sign says:

WE ARE OPEN
Roller shutter door is broken

That last part looks a bit doubledutch, but google says its the correct translation..
Well, ofcourse a broken shutter can happen (luckily our camera shutter worked fine:P ), and a sign like this might help understanding. Problem was ofcourse that this was after closing time, and the shop was actually closed...

It made me think of the movie Clerks, but i don't know for sure: there was a scene in there where the shutters were closed, rite? Anyway, this could be just a very funny joke, or they forgot to take the sign down ;)
