Evening blues

Walking over Waterloo Bridge this evening, I noticed that the Queen Elizabeth Hall has been decked out in funky blue lights, which is very nice indeed.

I met up with Fi, Sarah and Mark to eat at Mien Tay near Clapham Junction. The food there is so, so, so yummy, especially the fresh spring rolls. It was super to catch up with Sarah, who's down for work from Glasgow, and hand over the birthday gifts to the birthday Fi. The Dipsey card went down well.

All too soon, Fi and Mark had to catch their train to Brighton, leaving Sarah and I to walk to Clapham North, which was a little bonkers seeing that Sarah was in heels with a laptop. However, we got to the pub in one piece and chatted more over gin.
