I can't understand the human psych.
I seems to me that we have particular attention on what can go wrong instead of what can go right.
Managers looking for what we have not right ( i mean, what we have done WRONG), instead of the GREAT job you do. Most of them never appriciate the effort their staff put in getting the job done.
If you manage people , take a step back, STOP and THINK.

William and Kate got engaged, instead of people being happy for them, they go on how tough it is going to be for them, saying that Kate does not know what she put herself into. Shut up! Let them live their life.
I wish them well. It is not their fault that they fell in love. It is a natural thing.
