The best laid plans .....

Out this morning with my Dad for a walk, my thoughts were on getting a shot of something 'natural' for my journal. We got three-quarters of the way around the reservoir's longer walk when the rain started to fall heavily, so we hurried back to the car.

I got out onto the road, and just in front of me I spotted this! I can honestly say I haven't noticed it before, and I had to stop and take this shot.

I love to check in on Scorpionkiss's journal to see Cairo through his lens. I hope he doesn't mind that I'm showing you another Cairo through mine!
