Wellington Airport

Drove back from Mt Ruapehu today and had a few hours to kill. Shot photos all the way back and spent several hours wandering the city's waterfront. Really awesome place and I am looking forward to when I am next up here.

For the first time ever I went up Mt Victoria which gives you a 360 panorama of the city. Well worth the short drive up.

As I was flying home tonight I thought a shot of the airport was in order. It's a little infamous due to the wind. This is looking South, and as you can guess the wind fair howls through here. Everyone that has flown in here has a Wellington "flying story"!
