Nasal Irrigation

Got sick with a nose and throat cold last night.

Had a full day's worth at work and a two hour wait at the car service place just to be told to come back this next monday (but at least the problem is fixable and will be covered in full from the maker).


The Goose had dinner ready for me in a few minutes upon my return. Blessed be the magic congestion fighting powers of spicy curry.

Along with my western medicine consumption of dayquil, i also venture over to the eastern way of doing things with this neti pot.

It's pretty simple:
Fill it up with warm water and a pinch of salt.
Pour into one nostril, allowing stream to come out neighboring nostril.
Continue to switch sides off and on for several turns
it's about as fun as it sounds.
