Which is Which?

Can you tell which place setting is set for the Thai plate and which is set for the American food?

I'll give you a hint, Thai food is eaten off of a spoon, with a fork used as a shoveling/loading tool. I don't think I've ever seen a table knife used at any of my Thai friend's houses. I would doubt they even own one. There is no need because most Thai food is chopped and cooked in bite size pieces.
