bagels
Since moving south, finding a NY-like bagel has been everyones Mt. Everest. We look, we taste, we complain & moan. Some say it has to do with the NY water; before they are baked, they are boiled first and have a firm crust and chewy inside, forget about calories. Don't give me a dense one. One afternoon I went on a bagel search here in Wilmington, 7 shops. Brought them home and only one was almost close.
This near by shop recently opened and booya, bada bing, I'm happy!
I like the police decals, I'd buy a cop a bagel any day.
