Oh no

This is my Ipod it goes everywhere with me, it seems to be terminally ill i have tried to reset it from the pc, tried to put it into disc mode manually nothing has worked, if anyone out there in blipland has any other ideas i would be happy to try them. i have a lot of my photos on it plus my entire CD collection which is now up to over 5000 tunes i am devastated.
