rusty gate and dry stone wall

Wild, wet and windy - the garden is now awash with leaves and the ponds are nearly over-flowing.

Not much to report today except I have just been to get two new tyres - 90 euros each!!! and I only have a Micra!! The tyre centre is very maleccentric (just made that up) and everyone has very thick accents so I was quite impressed that I came out with what I wanted - so was himself!

I've had my eye on this gate for awhile. It's very typical but I just liked the general rustiness and orangeness next to the dry stone wall. Hoards of frisky little bullocks looked on in amazement as I blipped.
