Toots in Solitude

Window Blip

The emergency blip again, perhaps I should start numbering these.

I had a really busy morning running around to do this and that and by the time I arrived home after lunch I was completely exhausted, I'm getting old.
Now here is a question I have never heard posed before, "why, if you have a quick nap in the day, (unusual in my case but it has been known) why do you wake to find lines indented down one cheek following the pattern of a cushion, whereas waking in the morning these are never, ever there?" Weird.

I found to my horror that my shower curtain had a streak of mould on it, this brings a certain guilt to me.
I have often advised (mildly) Donald and my boys that they should always spread the curtain to dry to ensure no mouldy splashes form.
In fact, when David moved into his flat prior to his present one, I advised that he cut the curtain in half lengthways as it was far too cumbersome to dry properly in his narrow shower. (I can make no move of extravagance now before David says "Now Toots all you need is half a shower curtain, that's plenty")
Now somehow this dreadful mould has crept upon me unbeknownst. I should point out that when I say mould I merely mean grey speckly spots.
