Road Building

Today it's the Sri Lankan president's birthday. And tomorrow he's being sworn in for a second term in office.

I guess maybe they are trying to finish this strip of road in time? There'll be disruptions tomorrow, with the centre of town largely closed.

Today I saw a sign just like the one the other day which said Sorry for the inconveniences only today it said Sorry for the inconvenience.

PS So glad the old Twitter is back. The new one lost all my Tweets. Now they have been miraculously recovered.
