Bliss

I was given a gift of a reflexology session. I'm not sure if it works but it was sooooo relaxing having my feet massaged for an hour. Have booked another treatment for next week. Will see how it goes. Then took a friend to M&S at Gemini Marks and Ikea car parks full. Madness. then baby sitting for an hour. Think I need another session tomorrow!
