it's very sad but i felt a bit lost without it. and once the dr said to throw it in the bin, i didnt think i could fish it out again and bring it home to blip. i suppose there would have been a danger that i'd slip it on again when no-one was looking...

physio starts tues so am in arm limbo til then.

but rather than rest on my laurels and deal my cold, over achieved by xmas and b'day shopping and getting kids through swimming tests. rewarded by food that looked and tasted much better than the photo suggests
