Jenney Grist Mill

Jenney Grist Mill in Plymouth -- A reconstruction of the first mill built in the country. John Jenney who was part of the Pilgrim population originally built the mill in 1636. The mill was built to accommodate the growing population in Plymouth and the surrounding towns and did change the quality of life for these people. The mill is located on Town Brook and is along side of the original location of Plymouth Plantation.
