Atlantic Sunrise

I experienced a rare phenomenom today.

After spending three nights in a Ft. Lauderdale hotel across the street from the beach, I had yet to set foot on the sandy shoreline or surf. With an early departure scheduled, my only hope was to arise before dawn and catch the sunrise. ...and that's exactly what I did.

The interesting thing to not is that as my plane was about to land in Seattle that evening, we were treated to a specatacular sunset over the West Coast.
