Back to the basics.....

Sometimes the most basic recipes are the best. This well used cookbook has been borrowed from my friend. It belonged to her mother who no longer cooks. My mother had her own copy but after a kitchen reno a few years ago, she could no longer find her copy.

Two days ago Mom made a double batch of brown sugar drop cookies with chocolate icing......I felt like a kid again having milk and cookies!!!!!
