Nice to meet you

I walked along the village main street to visit the shop this morning, and met this beautiful white cat. She has no tail, so from the rear is an indeterminate animal. She was also very shy and hid amongst the hedge while I made gentle advances.

In out photo class yesterday we learnt about the history of art brush and I've had a little go at using it for the background here. I have also softened the cat's fur but left the eyes sharp and clear. It's another experiment.

One more day and then I fly to India...........
