Trip to Stirling
Schools were out again for in-service so I decided to have a day holiday to spend the it with Cameron. We borrowed another of his friends, Logan, and along with GG, took off to Stirling. It was such a beautifully sunny day so the 35 minute trip from Perth was a joy, seeing the Ochils (my hills) at their finest.
First visit was to the 10 pin bowling - great fun. On the way there the boys spotted MacDonalds so they wanted to go there for lunch:(. Actually it wasn't too bad - first time in MacD's for about 15 years. We then headed to King's Park which has a fantastic children's play area, and the boys' spent 2 hours playing on the equipment which included a zip slide. Breagha had a great run about too - we were all happy!
Headed home and decided to have another visit to the ice cream shop - guess what flavour the boys had again - yes mint choc chip. GG and I had their delicious hot chocolate then home for tea. I am exhausted!
