Some jiggery pokery

going on with the chopsticks today. In a purely sushi way.

An extremely sociable day, with girls and boys shuttled, shopping for fresh fish, gassing during the filleting, a brief run in with the law (phew!) lunch as ladies do, a hugely enjoyable conversation with an artist friend (maybe something new and exciting on the literary cards for me??), more shuttling, a visit from Clara and Fernando which was lovely, and then I finally had some friends round for dinner.

No jiggery pokery, just relaxed cooking and laughing despite everything we've all got going on. This was my first real attempt at entertaining as a thankyou to some wonderful friends who have fed, watered and supported me over the last months. Thankyou lovely people xxx
