GREY PHALAROPE TWITCH

The day ended on a birding note as after visiting Hellonwheels so G could hammer two bird nest boxes up into her trees, we went to look at the Grey Phalarope which has appeared on a nearby flooded field. The image is poor quality as I digiscoped it, but it was such a sweet little bird it has to be my blip of the day.

And anyway it was too dark after that to find anything else!
