A simple day

Up at the crack of dawn as MP still hasn't grasped the notion of a week end lie in.

Walked round the Moss with Eubers and MP and met a few dogs we hadn't seen in weeks. Lovely to get a daylight walk.

This afternoon we took ourselves into town and had a festive eggnog latte from Starbies. Fantastic! Last year I discovered them too late and their supplies ran down quickly after Christmas, leaving me most disappointed.

Fire now lit, cup of tea in hand, book in t'other and dog draped over my legs.
