The rocky road to photography

On our way home from Murchison today, we stopped to have a look at the Maruia falls -

After taking many many photos of the magnificent falls it was this photo, of the rocks surrounding us at the bottom of the falls that grabbed my attention the most.

I like the deep blue of the water, and it gives me a tranquil serene feeling looking at it.

I am very new to Blipping, and in fact, photography all together, so any advice or comments will be well received!
