Fresh air

After all the excitement yesterday, the girls were not that happy this morning. They kept on annoying each other and whenever things were not exactly right they started screaming or crying. Going out for a walk and getting a breath of fresh air is a great remedy usually and today it worked really well too.

We went into the forest. Nienke and Inge started running and were the best of friends again. A breeze through the trees took care of those stubborn leaves that had refused to fall down, much to the delight of Nienke, Inge and Ellis.

Our walk ended at my in-laws, where we warmed up with some hot chocolate. After Nienke, Inge and Ellis checked on the horses and ponies we walked home again. Right now, Ellis is sleeping and we are enjoying the remainder of our Sunday afternoon.

Tonight, Martine and I will go see "The Lord of the Dance" in Groningen, together with my parents. Grandpa Reender and grandma Zwaan will take care of the girls so we should be all set for a great night out!
