I decided to turn onto the lane towards the sea on the way home from Lymington today, because the setting sun was casting a warm light on the main road, promising good photos from the cliff top...
...Angel Lane is a route I have often ended up on having got lost when going out running over the cliffs, but I often overlook what a lovely lane it is...this evening looking gorgeous in autumnal colours...very easy to take for granted everyday things...
...like pheasants being a bit on the slow side..."that will make it all the more autumnal" I thought...I saw four of them in different places in Angel Lane...all of them excessively shy and very fast...maybe they are more used to having a gun pointed at them than a camera!
